Plain terms, no surprises.
Cubby is free for the essentials, always. Logging, caregiver sharing, vaccine schedules and growth charts cost nothing and there is no card to enter, so there is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.
Cubby Pro launches August 2026 at $9 per month, or $90 per year. Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Your logs and memories stay with you on the free plan.
If you were charged in error, or something went wrong, email support@little-cubby.com and we will make it right. Where a purchase was made through an app store, that store's refund process may also apply.
