UK Baby Vaccination Schedule (2026): NHS Immunisation Calendar
Every routine childhood jab the NHS offers, from 8 weeks to 3 years 4 months, updated for the January 2026 changes.

What changed in 2026
- MMRV replaces separate MMR: one combined jab now also protects against chickenpox (varicella).
- New 18-month appointment: a 4th 6-in-1 dose and a 2nd MMRV dose (for children born on or after 1 July 2024).
- Re-ordered infant doses: MenB now at 8 and 12 weeks, pneumococcal (PCV) at 16 weeks and 1 year.
